  1. $ pip install -e git+https://github.com/WorksApplications/SudachiPy@develop#egg=SudachiPy (git://をhttps://に変更した)
  2. https://github.com/WorksApplications/SudachiDictから
    sudachi-dictionary-XXXXXXXX-core.zipかsudachi-dictionary-XXXXXXXX-core.zipをダウンロードして解凍して、
    .dicファイルの名前を system.dicに変更して、
    C:\Users\{ユーザー名}\src\sudachipy\resources\に置く
